Join us for a square dance in MHU’s Loft with caller Rodney Sutton and live old-time music! Absolutely no experience is necessary – first-timers are welcome and encouraged. Rodney will tell you what to do! This dance is free and open to all – both on campus and community. Brought to you by the Ramsey Center for Appalachian Studies with support from the Madison County Tourism Development Authority.
The dance will take place in the Loft in McConnell Hall (#4 on this map: https://www.mhu.edu/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/Campus-Map.pdf). The front of the building is currently inaccessible due to construction, so please enter from the Bailey Street parking lot. In the parking lot, you'll see steps on your left. Go up these until you see the black metal steps that lead into the Loft. Those black metal steps will take you to the dance!
